To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare a quotation, deliver your project, consider your application, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell personal information.
Enquiries are received through Cloudflare's network, stored in ThinkBrick's own Cloudflare account, and copied into a Google Sheet in ThinkBrick's Google Workspace so our team can respond. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Only ThinkBrick staff involved in your project or application see your details. Interiors clients of Maram are covered by the privacy policy at thinkmaram.com.
Enquiry details are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Project records are kept as long as we need them to support your building and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Applications are kept on file for future openings unless you ask us not to. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, and withdraw consent for its use. Write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
